Christine Dela Cruz Spilling is currently the Portfolio and Strategy Lead in Equinor with the responsibility in developing the renewables strategy for the Asia Pacific markets and their portfolio. She started in Equinor in 2011 in the commercial and valuation of the midstream and downstream portfolio and from 2014 in offshore wind business and project development. She later joined Equinor Ventures as investment manager focusing on clean tech investments and funds. In 2019, Christine held the commercial management role in Baltyk II and III projects in Poland before moving to the leadership role as the Head of the Commercial and Project Improvements in offshore wind project development.

Christine holds a Bachelor Joint Honours degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow and a Master’s of Science degree in Quantitative Finance from the University of Westminster in London. She is Filipino-born and has lived in the Philippines prior to immigrating to Scotland. Christine is both British and Norwegian national and she currently lives in Oslo, Norway.
