All participants are required to officially register to attend the APAC Offshore Wind & Green Hydrogen Summit 2023.

Please read the following information carefully before registering. All registration fees are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST.

Members of the host organisations, GWEC, CEC and GH2 should contact their association to receive a discounted promotional code before commencing an online registration.

GROUP REGISTRATION
If you register a group of 5 of more attendees from your organisation you will receive a 10% discount on each registration (discounted rates are detailed above). For groups of less than 5 please use the individual registration form.

GALA DINNER
The Gala Dinner will be held on Wednesday 30 August from 7-10pm at one of Australia's most iconic venues (to be announced shortly). Tickets are available to purchase through the online registration form. For information on ticket prices please click here.

VISA APPLICATION/LETTER OF INVITATION

Please note most international guests will require a visa to enter Australia. You are advised to apply for your visa as early as possible as it can take 4-6 weeks to process an application. Please visit here to ascertain the relevant visa for your visit. Should you require a letter of invitation to support your visa application, please email apacsummit2023@wsm.com.au and an email will be forwarded to you, noting this does not imply any financial support for your participation at the Conference.

EXHIBITION VISITOR REGISTRATION

Exhibition Visitor registration includes access to the APAC Offshore Wind and Green Hydrogen Summit exhibition floor and the Knowledge Theatre where our exhibitors will present technical and case study-driven content. Catering is not included. Members of the host organisations, GWEC, CEC and GH2 should contact their association to receive a discounted promotional code before commencing an online registration. Please note: the exhibition will close at 12pm on Thursday 31 August.
