Claire is the CEO of Fengmiao offshore wind farm, and the offshore wind development pipeline in Taiwan which is owned by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) and managed by their exclusive offshore wind developer, Copenhagen Offshore Partners (COP).

Claire has nearly 20 years of experience in large scale energy infrastructure projects, managing development, construction, and O&M phases for offshore wind projects across Europe and Asia. She has been based in Taiwan for more than five years.
