David is a Partner at ERM with 20 + years leading impact assessments for large scale offshore oil and gas projects in Western Australia and renewable projects across APAC. His focus is to support energy clients with their low carbon transition strategies (including projects relating to new energy, renewables, LNG) to meet national regulatory requirements, international standards and net-zero initiatives. For the past 5 years, he was based in Vietnam, providing ESIA support for the emerging renewables sector, particularly for nearshore and offshore windfarm projects in Vietnam.
