Frank Rijnja
Head of APAC Procurement, Copenhagen Offshore Partners

Frank Rijnja is responsible for APAC procurement across Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners’ suite of offshore wind projects. He has a successful track record within the marine construction industry, having developed and managed international Project Procurement and Supply Chain organisations for EPCI projects. Frank worked 3.5 years in Taiwan with a responsibility for Procurement, Contract Management and Localisation on the 300MW Zhong Neng Project (under construction now) and in a similar role supported a successful bid for Taiwan Round 3. Frank is currently based in Seoul, South Korea working on offshore wind Tenders & Projects (BOP, EPCI and T&I) including sourcing, subcontracting and supplier development in new markets. He has a speciality in building procurement competences across APAC and developing new supply chains in upcoming markets. Before joining Copenhagen Offshore Partners, Frank worked 17 years for Van Oord Marine Contractors of which eight years he was responsible for Project Procurement.
