Joe Nai serves as the General Manager Offshore Power in Asia Pacific for Shell. In this capacity, he is tasked to build Shell’s offshore wind business from the ground up in region in addition to serving as board member for Shell Korea Limited, several offshore wind project joint ventures, and the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC).

He joined Shell in 2003 and has grown into increasingly senior roles across different parts of the energy value chain covering Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Asia.

Joe is a Dutch citizen and holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, and an MBA from IMD Business School in Switzerland.
