Marcus is Country Head in Australia at Green Giraffe Advisory. He has over 15 years of experience in the energy sector and a track record of bringing complex energy transactions to financial close across a variety of different markets.

His career to date has focused on structuring and arranging transactions across the capital structure, including non-recourse debt raisings and numerous M&A transactions. Prior to joining Green Giraffe, he spent 12 years working in the energy industry in the UK and Europe. He is a Charted Accountant and has a first-class mechanical engineering degree.
