Rafael Munilla holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas Madrid (ICADE E-3), and an MBA from IESE Business School. He joined Ocean Winds (OW) before inception and is now Chief Business Development Office, member of the Management Committee. Being part of the initial OW core team, Rafael was previously responsible for different areas within Business Development, including the Bid Structuring department, from which he was leading OW’s efforts during the latest offshore wind auctions and tenders. Prior to OW, he worked in EDP Renováveis (EDPR), leading Regulation and Markets department for Europe, Brazil, and new geographies since 2011. Before joining EDPR, he worked in Roland Berger Strategy Consultants mainly focused on energy projects.
