Richard has over 40 years’ experience in project and construction management. Core skills and experience in project management and technical leadership have been gained through working on complex and innovative projects in the UK, Europe, Central America, Africa and SE Asia. Richard served in the British Army (Royal Engineers) for 20 years and was awarded the British Empire Medal (BEM) in HM The Queen’s Birthday Honours List 1992 for his work in Cyprus during a severe drought period. Subsequently, he has been working in the renewable energy sector (offshore and onshore wind) for the last 20 years.
