Rodel S. Limbaga
Senior Supervising Research Specialist Department of Energy (Philippines)

Mr. Rodel S. Limbaga is a Supervising Science Research Specialist of the Power Planning and Development Division, Electric Power Industry Management Bureau, Department of Energy. He currently leads the team involved in the review of the Distribution Development Plans of Distribution Utilities and the Transmission Development Plan of the Transmission Network Provider. 

He has a total experience in the Philippine electric power industry spanning over 24 years, of which 19 years has been spent in the government service. He has been involved in promulgation of several policies like the preparation of Distribution Development Plans of Distribution Utilities, Competitive Selection Process for the procurement of Power Supply Agreement for Distribution Utilities captive customers and for the Ancillary Service by the System Operator, and the Energy Storage System policy, among others.
