Yi-Hua has been working for Corio’s parent company Macquarie Group since 2014 and has played a key role in numerous of Macquarie’s (and subsequently Corio’s) offshore wind projects. Yi-Hua is responsible for Corio’s greenfield and early-stage projects across the Asia Pacific region including Australia, Japan, Taiwan, India, Vietnam, and the Philippines. He is also responsible for the overall management of the origination teams in each of these markets, and the formulation and execution of Corio’s growth strategy in the region.

Notable transactions that Yi-Hua has been involved include:

• Acquisition of 50% of 573MW Race Bank Offshore Wind Farm from DONG energy
• Acquisition of 40% of 714MW East Anglia One Offshore Wind Farm from Iberdrola
• Sale of a stake in the Formosa offshore wind projects to JERA
• Leading development of Corio’s greenfield portfolio in APAC

Prior to joining Macquarie and Corio, Yi-Hua worked at JPMorgan and Plenary Group. He holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Actuarial Studies from the Australian National University and Master of Economics from the London School of Economics.
